Our Mission is to fulfill the Great Commission by making Disciples of Christ through education and service.

We begin with the following scripture taken from Matthew 28: 19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded to you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.”

Robert Schnase’s “Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations” is our inspirational guide.  The “Introduction” section states,  “People are searching for a church shaped and sustained by these qualities.  The presence and strength of these five practices demonstrate congregational health, vitality, and fruitfulness.  By repeating and improving these practices, churches fulfill their mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”

These practices include Radical Hospitality, Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Risk-Taking Mission and Service, and Extravagant Generosity.

At Ramah Presbyterian Church, we serve God first in all things we do — gathering for Sunday worship, eating together in a time of congregational fellowship, working in the community for the betterment of society, or living our daily lives.
